Will you take my Amazon password or card details?

No. We send a registration link to your own email; you click it and complete registration, so the account is created in your name with your own email, phone and bank details. You then grant us User Access through Seller Central User Permissions. We never hold your password, and we never take your card — and you can revoke our access at any time.

Is this a one-time service or a monthly subscription?

One-time. You pay a fixed price once, we get you live and sell-ready, and we hand the account back to you. There's no monthly retainer and no lock-in. If you'd like ongoing management later, that's a separate service you can choose — never something you're tied into.

What is the ad-wallet recharge — is it a fee to you?

No — it's your own ad budget, added to your own Amazon ad wallet. It isn't a payment to us and we never touch it. The recharge is what unlocks your free ad credits and (on Growth/Scale) your brand store, and it stays yours to spend on advertising your products.

Do I need a GST number?

For most taxable goods, yes — a GSTIN is required before you can list. If you don't have one, add our GST registration for ₹999 and we handle it end to end alongside your onboarding, so it doesn't hold up your launch.

Do I need a trademark?

Only for A+ Content. A+ (the rich, designed product descriptions) needs a registered trademark through Amazon Brand Registry. You can buy any plan and get everything except the A+ portion without one — A+ simply activates once your trademark is in place. Everything else launches without a trademark.

What happens if Amazon rejects my KYC after I've paid?

A full refund is available if requested before we begin work on your account, within 24–48 hours of payment. Once setup work has started, the fee is non-refundable because the work is already underway. We guide you through KYC carefully to give you the best chance of clean approval.

How long does onboarding take?

Once your documents and product details are ready, account setup and verification usually complete within a few days, and your listings go live shortly after approval. Having your images, product details and GST ready up front is the single biggest thing that speeds it up.

Will you guarantee me sales?

No — and you should be cautious of anyone who does. We guarantee a defined deliverable: a correctly set up, listed, optimized and launch-ready account. Sales depend on your products, pricing, demand and competition, which no provider can honestly promise. We give you the strongest possible start; the selling is then yours.

Refund & cancellation. Seller Onboarding is a one-time service. A full refund is available only if requested before we begin work on your account, within 24–48 hours of payment.
