Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services offered by S G Enterprises, operating under the brand name eComHelp ("we", "us", or "our") through the website www.ecomhelp.in and its associated subdomains.
eComHelp provides professional consultancy and facilitation services across business registrations, marketplace setup, advertising management, and e-commerce growth. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are governed by the type of service and the stage of service delivery.
By engaging our services and making any payment, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1.Categories of Services
For the purpose of refunds, our services fall into two categories:
A. One-Time Services
These services have a defined deliverable and timeline. They include (but are not limited to):
- GST Registration
- MSME / Udyam Registration
- Online Rent Agreement preparation and e-stamping
- Google-Ready Business Presence setup
- Current Account Assistance
- Business Loan Assistance (application support)
- Seller Onboarding (one-time setup on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
- Shopify Store Creation (one-time setup)
- End-to-End Conversion Tracking setup
B. Ongoing / Subscription Services
These services are delivered on a recurring basis (monthly or as per a defined retainer period). They include:
- Marketplace Account Management
- Ads Management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads)
- Shopify Store Management
- Continuous SEO and Content Services
- Marketing Retainers
The refund terms differ for each category, as detailed below.
2.Refund Policy for One-Time Services
2.1Limited Refund Before Service Initiation
A refund may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is made before any work has commenced by our team
- No documents have been reviewed, processed, or submitted on your behalf
- No coordination has been initiated with government portals or third-party platforms
- The refund request is submitted in writing to support@ecomhelp.in within 24 hours of payment
If approved, the refund is subject to:
- Administrative or processing deductions of up to 10% of the fee paid, to cover payment gateway charges and basic processing costs
- Approval at the discretion of eComHelp
2.2No Refund After Service Initiation
Once service processing has started, fees are strictly non-refundable.
- Review of documents shared by you
- Preparation of applications or filings
- Submission to government portals or third-party platforms
- Coordination with service partners or professionals
- Any time spent by our team on your specific service
This applies regardless of:
- The outcome of the application or filing
- Delays caused by government portals or third-party platforms
- Your decision to cancel after work has begun
3.Refund Policy for Ongoing / Subscription Services
3.1Before Service Initiation
If you have paid for an ongoing service (e.g., monthly Ads Management retainer) but service has not yet begun:
- You may request cancellation in writing within 48 hours of payment, subject to no work having been initiated
- Refund will be processed minus administrative deductions of up to 10%
3.2After Service Initiation
Once we have begun work on your ongoing service (account setup, campaign creation, store optimization, etc.), fees paid for the current billing period are non-refundable.
You may cancel future billing cycles by providing at least 15 days' written notice before the next billing date. No refund will be issued for the current paid period.
3.3Mid-Cycle Termination
If you terminate an ongoing service mid-cycle:
- No prorated refund will be issued for the remaining days of the billing period
- We will continue to deliver service until the end of the paid period (unless you specifically request earlier discontinuation)
- All work completed and assets delivered up to the termination date remain valid
4.No Refunds in the Following Cases
Regardless of service category, refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Rejections caused by incorrect, incomplete, false, or misleading information provided by you
- Delays caused by government authorities, regulatory bodies, or third-party platforms (including but not limited to GST portal, Udyam portal, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, Google, Meta)
- Change of mind after payment
- Failure to respond to our requests for documents, verification, or clarification within a reasonable time
- Failure to submit required documents or assets within the stipulated time after payment
- Violation of our Terms of Use
- Discontinuation of service by you for reasons unrelated to our performance
- Disputes related to service outcomes that are inherently outside our control (e.g., ad campaign ROI, marketplace listing rank, store conversion rates)
5.How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (where applicable), please:
- Send a written request to support@ecomhelp.in
- Include your order ID / service name and date of payment
- Clearly state the reason for the refund request
- Provide any supporting information
6.Mode of Refund
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction
- Processing typically takes 7β14 working days after approval, depending on your bank or payment gateway
- Exact crediting timelines are governed by the payment gateway and your bank β these are outside our control
For UPI / wallet payments, refunds may take longer due to gateway-specific timelines.
7.Disputes and Grievance Resolution
If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your refund request, you may escalate by:
- Emailing support@ecomhelp.in with the subject line "Refund Escalation"
- We will respond within 7 working days
If the issue remains unresolved, the matter will be subject to the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Use.
8.Important Alignment Note
This Refund Policy must be read together with our:
In case of any conflict between these documents, the Terms of Use shall prevail.
9.Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the updated date. Changes apply prospectively β services purchased before the change are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
