Q1 — How do I get an update on my service or order?
Send your order ID or service name to our WhatsApp (+91 92668 48660). We will update you within 5 minutes during business hours. For ongoing services (Ads, Account Management, Shopify), we also send proactive weekly progress updates via WhatsApp + email.
Q2 — I have not received my certificate or deliverable yet. What should I do?
First, check your email spam folder — most "lost" certificates are sitting there. If it's genuinely not delivered within the promised timeline mentioned at the time of purchase, WhatsApp us your order ID. We will resend it within the hour during business hours.
Q3 — What is the refund policy?
Our refund terms are detailed in our Refund Policy. Please refer to it for full details specific to your service.
Q4 — How do I request a correction or modification to my service?
WhatsApp us with your order ID or service name and the changes needed. For registration services, corrections to non-core fields (mobile, email, bank account) are typically processed within 24 hours; core field changes (legal name, principal address) take 7–15 working days as per government portal timelines. For ongoing services, modifications can be requested anytime through your account manager.
Q5 — Do you offer services in my city / state?
Yes. We serve customers across all 28 states and 8 union territories of India. All our services — from registrations to Shopify setup to ads management — are delivered online. No physical visit needed from your side.
Q6 — Is eComHelp affiliated with the government?
No. eComHelp is a private consultancy and service platform. We help businesses with registrations, marketplace setup, ads, and growth services. For registration services (GST, MSME), the government charges ₹0 directly — our fees are for our professional service. Full disclaimer at the bottom of every page.
Q7 — Can I get help with multiple services at once?
